  • You will be directed to your Florida Notary Public Application to complete immediately thereafter.
  • Complete all of the highlighted fields on the Notary Application.
  • You can download the completed Notary Application prior to submitting it to us.
  • Print the Notary Application and wet sign on pages 2 and 3; your Character Affiant will need to sign once.
  • If you are a First Time Notary you will need to complete the 3-Hour Notary Education Course.
  • We will email all First Time Notaries a link to register for the FREE 3-Hour First Time Notary Course.
  • Mail the signed Notary Application to our offices for processing with the state.
  • A Welcome Email will be sent to you with a copy of your Notary Application and mailing instructions.
